Application area: Origi Canopy is suitable for underpasses, cycling and pedestrian tunnels, bridges and outdoor canopies. IP65 protection class, IK10 impact resistance and C5H corrosion resistance (100% SST/anodised) make it suitable for the most demanding outdoor applications. Underpasses and tunnels. Versatile optics for underpass and tunnel lighting. Glare-free lighting for safe movement — meets the joint Nordic outdoor lighting quality requirements. Bridges. C5H corrosion resistance protects in salty and humid environments — ideal for bridge and coastal applications. Outdoor canopies and covered spaces. Recessed and surface ceiling mounting suits various canopy and building structures.

Installation: Origi Canopy is installed either as a recessed or surface ceiling mount. There are four different mounting frame options for various building structures. Recessed mounting. The luminaire is recessed into the ceiling or structure. Three different mounting frames for various recess depths and sizes. Surface ceiling mounting. Surface mounting frame — the luminaire is attached directly to the ceiling surface. Daisy-chaining. Junction box max 3/5 × 2.5 mm² DALI +/–. Daisy-chain junction box available as an option. Surge protector replacement. The surge protector can be easily replaced from the separate junction box — for example, after lightning strikes.

Applicability

Origi Canopy is suitable for applications requiring a long lifecycle, low maintenance costs and high protection level. Typical applications are underpasses, tunnels, bridges and outdoor canopies — especially applications where extending the maintenance interval brings significant cost savings. Origi Canopy's Zhaga serviceability enables a radical reduction in maintenance costs without replacing the luminaire.

Notes: All values at +25°C ambient temperature, colour temperature 4000 K, CRI 80. Tolerance ±10% in luminous flux, ±10% in power. The luminaire is CLO-compensated. D-marked luminaire meets the requirements for limited surface temperature (IEC 60598-2-24). DALI2 functions 251/252/253 require support from the control management system. The surge protector can be easily replaced from the separate junction box, e.g. after lightning strikes.
