Greenled Oy is a Finnish supplier of comprehensive lighting solutions for businesses and the public sector. We help our customers to improve their business performance by providing sustainable lighting solutions. Environmental friendliness and sustainability guide our daily actions and choices and are at the core of our vision, mission and values. We improve the world one luminaire at a time, together with our customers and partners.

Greenled Code of Ethics

At Greenled, we want to act ethically and responsibly and we expect the same from our partners. We want to be trustworthy and act responsibly towardsour customers, employees, partners and other stakeholders.

Customer value is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive in everything we do to think about what is best for our customers so that they are satisfied with our work and services. We are committed to meeting the requirements ofquality and environmental policy and legislation and to continuous improvement.

We are guided by the values of Customer Focus, Responsibility, Expertise.

The Code of Ethics sets out the general guiding principles that all employees, agents and partners of thecompanymust follow.

1. Business Integrity

Greenled will act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and with the agreements binding on the company.

We operate in a transparent manner and in accordance with the principles of fair competition. We do not accept unethical practices. We respect the agreements and commitments made.

Our activities are based on the needs and expectations of our customers, which guide the development of our services. We monitor our customers' perceptions of our success, including through customer satisfaction surveys, and continuously improve our performance.

We respect the contracts we have with our subcontractors and partners and treat them fairly. We value our competitors, even when we lose.

In business, we make decisions in line with Greenled values. No one is allowed to gain personal advantage at the expense of the company or its competitive position.

Greenled employees do not give or accept gifts, travel, entertainment or services that go beyond customary hospitality or that might directly or indirectly influence the actions or decisions of the recipient. Greenled's hospitality is always reasonable.

2. Quality and environmental policy

Responsibility is one of Greenled's core values and guides the company's decision-making. This is reflected in a tangible way in all the company's activities. Already in the product design process, material selection criteria focus on environmental friendliness and we favour recyclable materials in the manufacture of our luminaires. Maximum life cycle and low energy consumption are taken into account. Planned production and rational logistics significantly reduce the carbon footprint compared to traditional methods. The aim of sustainable development is to ensure a similar or better living environment for future generations. Sustainability is also supported by membership of GBC Finland, which aims to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly construction.

We take responsibility for the environment. We have ISO 9001 quality certification and ISO140001 environmental certification for all our activities - in production, design and installation. This ensures a high quality and efficient overall delivery.

We take product safety, environmental considerations and domesticity into account in the manufacture, design and installation of our products. Through careful selection of raw materials, we ensure that our products are safe for the user and the environment and that our production process is as efficient as possible.

We believe in Finnish work. Greenled's high-quality LED luminaires are long-life products that enable energy and environmentally friendly lighting solutions for various industries. The luminaires are manufactured in Finland according to the principles of sustainable development. By favouring domestic materials and services, we contribute to keeping jobs in Finland. Most of our products have the Finnish Key Flag product label.

In logistics, we favour operators that promote sustainable development and environmentally friendly practices. One of the most important areas of our business is installation, where old luminaires are dismantled, sorted and recycled properly. Our customer service and sales practices are also geared towards ecology.

Our environmental goal: Greenled reduces the environmental impact of its intelligent lighting solutions.

3. Well-being and safety

Greenled wants to ensure safe and healthy working conditions. Through responsible employer and employee behaviour, we proactively prevent accidents at work and health risks. We continuously improve working conditions and promote occupational health. At Greenled, we also value the work-life balance of our staff.

Greenled and its partners must ensure that the working environment is such that every employee can do his or her job safely and is not exposed to emotional or physical violence or the threat of such violence. Personson site always have the right to stop any action, task or other activity that they consider unsafe.

a. Protection of personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other data protection legislation. We require our partners to ensure a high level of privacy and related data protection for individuals and to comply with the requirements ofapplicable data protection legislation .

b. Equality

We do not accept child or forced labour under any circumstances. The partner must recognise the principles of theUN Declaration of Human Rights. We respect human rights and treat all people equallyand without discrimination regardless of race, nationality, ethnic origin, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, political activity or trade union activities. Management and senior staff must support and guide a culture of gender equality , encouraging equal access to open positions and providing equal opportunities for career advancement and development. We will not tolerate harassment or bullying in the workplace in any form. It is everyone's responsibility to act fairly and to make the working environment comfortable and stimulating.

If we or our partners observe or suspect any conduct that is contrary to our Code of Ethics or illegal, we should report it through the Whistleblowing channel on the Greenled website .
