Polaris — LED street luminaire for demanding urban environments

Polaris Urban is inspired by the brightness of the North. Cut-off light distributions, silver-free Ceramic LED diodes and Zhaga Book 15 serviceability make it an exceptional choice for demanding urban environments — from light traffic to busy main roads.

IP66, IK08, luminous efficacy 144–158 lm/W, Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (Väylä) approval and 5-year warranty (option 8 yr) ensure a long lifecycle in demanding Nordic conditions. Body made from recycled aluminium, designed for reuse. Easy installation on pole, wire suspension or thread installation — always factory-wired. Meets the joint Nordic outdoor lighting quality requirements.

Application area: Polaris is suitable for parks, pedestrian paths, cycle paths, busy streets, traffic arrangements, as well as large squares and area lighting. City. Installation: Polaris can be installed on a pole (horizontal or vertical position), as a wire suspension or 3/4" thread installation. The luminaire is always delivered factory-wired — no special tools required. The luminaire is available with one upper and/or one lower Zhaga connector (Zhaga Book 18) for smart systems.

Notes: Nominal luminous flux is based on data provided by the LED manufacturer at 4000 K colour temperature and CRI70 colour rendering, at +25 °C ambient temperature. The actual luminous flux of the luminaire depends on environmental conditions (e.g. temperature and impurities), LED colour temperature, colour rendering and the optical efficiency of the luminaire. Tolerance of ±10% in luminous flux and ±10% in power. The luminaire is CLO-compensated.
